Method of making Dashmularishta (Dashmularishta banane ki vidhi)

To make this medicine we have to prepare two types of liquids. Firstly, grind all the medicines from Dashamul to Virahikand.

Now after grinding them, leave them in a large vessel with water on low flame to make kadha. The kadha is not ready until one-fourth of the amount of water added remains.

Now similarly, to prepare the mixture of raisins, it is boiled separately. When the raisins are boiled well, then after the decoction cools down, the raisin mixture is also added to it.

After mixing both the decoctions, add honey and jaggery and mix them. Now mix the remaining medicines well. Mix them finely and add them to the decoction.

Now it should be shaken well until the herbs added become one. Lastly, musk should be added to it. After all this, keep it in a safe place in a pot made of clay or wood for 30 to 40 days.
