Method of making Vidangarishta medicine (Vidangarishta banane ki vidhi)

Vidangarishta The medicine is made by Arishta method. To make this medicine, a decoction of all these medicines vidaang, pippali root, rasna, kutej bark, kutej fruit, patha, elbaluka and amla has to be made. Before making the decoction, all these medicines are crushed. The decoction is made by putting the crushed medicines in appropriate water.

After one-fourth of the water is left, it is taken off and cooled. Now honey, Dhataki, Twak, small cardamom, bay leaf, Priyangu, Kanchanar, Lodhra, dry ginger, black pepper and Pippali are added to it.
