Method of making Punarnavarishta (Punarnavarishta banane ki vidhi)

To make this medicine, first you have to make a decoction. Grind all the medicines like white punarnava, red punarnava, bala, atibala, patha, giloy, chitrak root, ambu and vasa properly. Now cook all these medicines with proper amount of water. When one fourth of the decoction is left, take it down and let it cool.

Now add jaggery and honey to this mixture. After adding these, add all the remaining medicines to this mixture and leave it in an airtight container for a month. This medicine gets ready in about a month. Now this prepared medicine can be consumed.
