What is Sutshekhar Rasa? (What is Sutshekhar Rasa?)

Sutshekhar Ras is an ayurvedic medicine which is mainly used for acidity and many other diseases related to bile. In Ayurveda, acidity is called Amlapitta or Pitta formation.
This juice is of two kinds - 1. Containing gold and 2. Without gold. There is no major difference between the two juices. The Sutshekhar juice containing gold also strengthens the heart and brain. All other properties are the same.

Ingredients of Sutshekhar Ras (Sutshekhar Ras ke ghatak)

• Pure Parad
• Pure sulfur
• silver ash
• Dry ginger
• black pepper
• Ficus religiosa
• Pure Datura Seeds
• pure typing
• Copper Bhasma
• cinnamon
• bay leaf
• Small cardamom
• Nagkesar
• Shankha Bhasma
• Belgiri
• Kachur
• bhangre juice

Method of making Sutshekhar Rasa (Sutshekhar Rasa banane ki vidhi)

To make this medicine, first make a paste of mercury and sulphur. On the other hand, make powder of all the medicines except Bhaangre juice and ash. After this, mix the Kajjali, ash and powder and do 21 Bhavnas of Bhaangre juice for 21 days. When it is ready to be made into tablets, make tablets and dry them.

Benefits of Sutshekhar Ras (Sutshekhar Ras ke fayde)

For acidity

According to Ayurveda, when the amount of bile in the stomach starts increasing, this problem starts. Due to this, symptoms like burning sensation in the stomach, sour burps, burning sensation in the chest appear. This medicine has bile-soothing properties. If this juice is used in this condition, it calms the bile and gives relief to the patient.

confusion or dizziness

The person may feel dizzy due to the fluctuations in the blood pressure in the body being very slow or fast (high or low blood pressure) or due to staying hungry and thirsty for a long time, weakness, lack of blood etc. In such a situation, the use of this juice is beneficial.

Nosebleed is called Raktapitta in Ayurveda. In this disease, blood starts coming out from the nose, anus, urinary tract and other organs. In this, bile gets aggravated and pushes the blood upwards or downwards.
