Method of making Triphalarishta (Triphalarishta banane ki vidhi)

Fill the powders of Harad, Baheda, Amla, Chitrak, Peepal, Ajwain, Iron Powder and Vayvidanga along with jaggery and honey in a greased earthen pot, close the mouth of the pot and keep it in a heap of barley. Water is not used while making this medicine, but Asava Arishta cannot be made without water. Hence, a white water has been given for this because Triphala is the main substance of this medicine.
In this way, take out this medicine after 1 month. This prepared medicine is Triphalarishta. Now this medicine can be consumed.
