- To cure swelling, rheumatism and joint pain, take Kharasva, black pepper, long pepper, fennel seeds, long pepper root, चित्रक, Deodar, Vayvidanga in the quantity of 5 to 10 grams, Vidhara and Shunthi in the quantity of 70 to 90 grams, mix them with old jaggery and take it with warm water three times a day in the morning, evening and afternoon.
on sore throat
- Ghee should be cooked with yavakshar and kharashva and then consumed, which gives relief in Swarbhang.
- To get rid of many other diseases of throat, boiling Kharaswa and adding rock salt in it and gargling with it gives relief.
