Its fruit is round, oval and light brown in colour. Its flowering period is from June to September and fruiting period is from November to January.

Get relief from migraine pain

  • Due to some disease or stress, people often suffer from migraine pain. If you are also suffering from this pain, then you can use teak to get relief from it. For this, make a fine powder of teak bark, mix ghee in it, filter it and take it through the nose, it is beneficial in migraine.

  • If you are suffering from dysentery then consuming a decoction of teak bark helps in curing dysentery and stomach worms.

  • If there is a possibility of bleeding in the first month of pregnancy, then equal quantities of liquorice, teak seeds, Ksheerakoli and deodar powder should be consumed with milk.
