This is an ayurvedic medicine which is used in Ayurveda for many diseases. This medicine mainly works for skin diseases and blood purification. Apart from this, it increases strength in the body and makes one strong, healthy and long-lived.

Method of making sulphur chemical (Gandhak Rasayan banane ki vidhi)

To make this medicine, first of all mix pure sulphur in cow's milk, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, decoction of Nagkesar, juice of Giloy, decoction of all three fruits of Triphala separately, juice of Bhaangre and juice of ginger in proper quantity. When it becomes ready to be made into tablets, then make tablets and dry them.

For skin diseases

Every skin related disease can be cured by consuming this medicine. It works to eradicate both old and new skin diseases from the root. Consumption of this medicine is beneficial in 18 types of leprosy.
This medicine shows very good effect in eczema, psoriasis, leprosy, red and white rashes on the skin, boils, pimples, itching etc. If there is itching due to small pimples on the skin and bleeding starts on scratching or burning sensation starts, then this medicine should be taken.
If there are boils on the forehead and foul smelling lumps come out of them, after white or yellow pus discharge, if these boils become dry and white skin keeps coming out of them, there is a burning sensation when scratched, then in such conditions, the use of sulfur chemical is very effective.
To cure itching, leprosy and small boils, taking this chemical mixed in sugar and ghee is of special benefit. Its use is best in bile-dominant leprosy diseases.

Precautions to be taken while consuming Gandhaka Rasayan (Gandhak Rasayan ke sevaan ki savdhaniya)

No person should consume it without the advice of any doctor.
Its consumption depends on the chronicity of the disease.
In leprosy, consume it with decoction of Daruhaldi, turmeric, black Khair bark, Manjistha, Amla, Giloy, Gokhru, Neem Nimboli. After this, stop taking it for a month. Start taking it again. Doing this for 3 years cures leprosy.
Pregnant women should avoid taking this medicine.
