Take pure mercury, pure sulphur, Borax flower, dry ginger, black pepper in appropriate quantity and mash them in lemon juice for 6 hours. Now make tablets of these and dry them. This medicine is now completely ready and can be used.

Relieve constipation

It is mainly used for purification of stomach. Because this medicine contains Jamalgota which is of very hot nature. When any food is eaten against the digestive process and if the person suffers from constipation due to it, then intake of Ichhabhedi Rasa is beneficial.
When the digestive fire becomes slow due to unfavorable food, the digestion process starts slowing down due to which one has to face the problem of constipation. In such constipation, this should be used.

Method of consumption (Dose of Ichhabhedi juice)

• Take one or two tablets in the morning with cold water or sugar syrup
• When diarrhea starts after taking the pill, drink two to three sips of cold water after one bout of diarrhea. The more sips of cold water you take, the more diarrhea you will have.
• When you want to stop diarrhea, drink some warm water.
• After this eat curd rice.

Some things to keep in mind while consuming Ichhabhedi juice (Precautions of Ichhabhedi juice)

• Pregnant women should not consume it.
• Its use is not appropriate in cases of patients suffering from fresh fever, diarrhoea, chronic constipation, and frequent flatulence.
• People having kidney problems should not be given this juice repeatedly otherwise their mouth will get swollen.
• Delicate women, men and children should not consume it.
